“I’m going to take away your sister if you don’t start being nice to her.”

Even I don’t know what that idle threat means and I’m the one who gave it. By Sunday afternoons, my ability to rationalize with the kids has gone out the window. All I have left are idle threats. And candy bribes.

I think I’m going to reward myself for making it through the weekend with these adorable embroidered wall art thingys from Sometimes I Swirl. It’s the least I deserve, right? The very least.

And since I’m still in mourning of Whitney, I’m also going to gift myself with one of these drawings.

I’m a very delicate flower. So leave me alone.

  • Hahaha! I said to one of my kids today “That’s IT! You are banned from your brother.” Where do these words come from???!!!

  • I must be late to the party. My idle threats are not as creative and definitely not as funny 🙂
