Helloooo everyone. You may (or may not) have noticed that I stopped posting about the Crazy Sexy Diet Cleanse about a week ago. Don’t worry, I didn’t quit, I just didn’t have too much to share as far as the day-to-day info.
But now that the cleanse is officially over, I’m excited to tell you that I feel great and am really excited to figure out how to implement all I’ve learned into my day-to-day eating habits.
What am I most proud of? The fact that I’m now the proud drinker of 100% Decaf coffee with absolutely no cream/sugar. If you know me, this is the equivalent of seeing a Unicorn farting rainbow glitter in your backyard. And I’m sticking with it.
What did I miss the most? Honestly it was having a glass of wine while out to dinner. What can I say? I love me some Pinot.
What were the biggest benefits for me? First and foremost, my skin completely cleared up. Second and not foremost were my workouts. I noticed serious results at Crossfit.
What am I going to stick with after this cleanse?
- No more caffeine!
- Reduce glutten intake
- Minimize dairy intake
- Continue to cook new meals and trying new restaurants
